Animal Friends OS connects to your Clover merchant account through the Clover REST API. Authorize the connection from your Animal Friends OS dashboard, select your Clover merchant, and the systems link. When you process a payment in Animal Friends OS, it routes through your Clover merchant account and records against your Clover device.

What Data Syncs

Payments, tips, and refunds sync between Clover and Animal Friends OS. Each transaction includes the client name, services performed, pet name, and staff member who processed it. End-of-day reports in Animal Friends OS match what your Clover dashboard shows. Daily settlement totals reconcile automatically.

Clover Hardware Compatibility

The integration works with Clover Station, Station Duo, Mini, Flex, and Go. If your staff currently swipes, taps, or dips cards on Clover hardware, that workflow does not change. Animal Friends OS simply receives the payment confirmation and records it against the correct client and invoice.
