How onboarding works.

We import your data, set up services and pricing, configure staff roles, connect your SMS provider, and link QuickBooks. Your account is ready before your team logs in.

Train your team
A live walkthrough covering your daily workflows. Booking, check-in, invoicing, messaging. Most staff are confident after one session. Follow-ups available.

Go live with support
We stay available during your first week of operation. Direct access to your onboarding specialist. Not a ticket queue.

What we need from you.

Three things. We handle everything else.

A data export from your current system
CSV, database backup, or API export. If your current software does not offer a clean export, we can work with what you have. Spreadsheets and screenshots are fine.
Your service list and pricing
We configure every service, duration, and price so the system matches how you operate today. No re-entering data.
30 minutes for a kickoff call
We learn how your facility runs so the system is configured for your workflow. Not a generic demo. A working session.

Realistic timeline.

Every facility is different. Here is what we typically see.

Kickoff call
Day 1. 30 minutes. We learn your workflow and collect your data export.
Data migration
1–2 business days after receiving your export. Complex histories may take 3 days.
Account configuration
Same day as migration. Services, pricing, staff roles, SMS templates, QuickBooks.
Staff training
One live session, usually 45–60 minutes. Scheduled at your convenience.
Go-live
3–5 business days from kickoff. Most facilities switch over a weekend.
Post-launch support
Direct access to your specialist for the first 7 days. Then standard support (still direct, not a queue).

Questions about switching.

What if my current software does not have a clean export?

We work with what you have. Screenshots, printed reports, spreadsheets, even handwritten logs. We have migrated facilities from paper records. A clean CSV is ideal but not required.

Can I run both systems during the transition?

Yes. We recommend a 2–3 day overlap where you use both systems. This lets your team get comfortable before you fully cut over. Most facilities overlap over a weekend.

Will my clients notice the switch?

Only that things work better. Your booking widget, client portal, and app are all branded with your logo and colors. Clients see your brand, not ours.

Do I need to cancel my current software first?

No. Start your trial, let us migrate your data, train your team, and go live. Cancel your old software after you are confident in the new system.

Is there a cost for onboarding?

No. White-glove onboarding is included with every account at no extra charge.

What if my team needs more training?

Follow-up sessions are available at no charge. We stay available until every person on your team is confident.

What data do you NOT migrate?

We typically cannot migrate photos stored inside another platform or payment processor transaction history. We will confirm exactly what transfers during the kickoff call.

How is my data handled during migration?

Your data is encrypted in transit and stored in isolated, multi-tenant infrastructure behind Cloudflare. We never share, sell, or use your data for anything other than configuring your account.

Can I switch back if it does not work out?

Yes. Export your data at any time as CSV. There are no contracts. If you cancel, your account stays accessible for 90 days so you can export everything.

What if I have multiple locations?

We onboard each location separately with its own calendar, staff, and settings. Roll-up reporting across locations from day one. $45/month per location.
