How does payment work for the Pet Shuttle?
Shuttle fees are added to your service invoice. You can pay when your pet is returned, or we can charge the card on file. No separate payment is needed at pickup.
What if my pet is anxious about car rides?
Our drivers are pet-first-aid certified and trained to handle anxious pets with calm, gentle care. The van has climate control and secure crates sized for comfort. Most pets settle in within minutes.
Can I track the van in real time?
Yes! When our driver is on the way, you will receive an SMS with a live GPS tracking link. You can watch the van on a map in real time from your phone or computer.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Panama City, Panama City Beach, Lynn Haven, Callaway, Parker, Springfield, Cedar Grove, Tyndall AFB, and surrounding Bay County areas.
Do I need to be home for pickup or drop-off?
Someone must be present to hand off or receive your pet. If you cannot be home, you can designate another adult or provide secure access instructions when you book.
How far in advance should I book the shuttle?
We recommend adding the shuttle when you book your service appointment. Same-day shuttle requests are subject to driver availability.
Can the shuttle transport multiple pets at once?
Absolutely. Our Ram ProMaster van has room for multiple pets in separate secure crates. Just let us know how many pets when you book.
Is the shuttle available for vet visits or other destinations?
The Pet Shuttle is primarily for transport to and from our facility for grooming, daycare, and boarding services. Contact us if you have a special transport need and we will do our best to accommodate.
