How do I get my referral code?
Log in to your account at the Client Portal. Your unique referral code will be displayed on your dashboard. Each client gets one permanent code that works forever.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
No limit! Refer as many friends as you like. You earn 15% off a service for every new friend who completes their first visit.
When does my 15% discount activate?
Your discount becomes available after your referred friend completes their first appointment. We’ll send you a text when it’s ready!
What services qualify?
All services qualify — grooming, boarding, daycare, pet taxi, training, and mobile nail trims. Both your discount and your friend’s discount can be applied to any service.
Do referral rewards expire?
Referral codes never expire. Once you earn a reward, you have 90 days to use your discount.
Can I combine referral discounts with FurPlan membership?
Referral discounts cannot be combined with FurPlan membership pricing, but FurPlan members can still earn referral rewards for their non-FurPlan friends.
