Cats need quiet — not the chaos of a dog kennel. Animal Friends Pet Care maintains a separate cat boarding room kept away from the dog areas, with climate control, classical music, and condos large enough for cats to stretch, perch, and hide comfortably.
Each cat condo is private (single-cat occupancy unless two cats from the same family are boarded together), cleaned daily, and stocked with fresh water and your cat's regular food. We use litter brands most cats tolerate, but you're welcome to bring your own from home.
Many of our Springfield cat boarding guests are first-timers whose owners were nervous about leaving them. We'll text you daily photo updates so you can see they're settled in, eating, and comfortable. Medications are administered exactly on schedule by staff trained in feline handling.
Our cat boarding room is staffed by team members specifically comfortable with cats — not rotated through from the dog side. Quiet, low-stress, and respectful of cat behavior.
