Animal Friends Pet Care offers gentle, low-stress cat grooming for cats from Springfield and throughout Bay County. Our cat grooming room is kept separate from the dog areas — quiet, calm, and handled only by groomers experienced specifically with feline temperament.
We provide full-service bathing, de-shedding, sanitary trims, nail trims, ear cleaning, and the popular lion cut for long-haired breeds like Persians, Maine Coons, and Ragdolls. For cats with matting, we offer safe shave-downs rather than forcing a brush that would hurt your cat.
Unlike dog grooming, cats don't tolerate long appointments. We schedule cats in dedicated quiet windows so they're in and out as quickly as possible. Most cats are home within 90 minutes of drop-off.
We do not use sedation. Our grooming team is trained in low-stress handling techniques and will honestly tell you if a particular cat isn't a good candidate — we only proceed if your cat is safe and comfortable throughout the appointment.
