Overview
Animal Friends OS is a software product operated by AFPC Industries LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Animal Friends OS, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Account information. When you create an account or request a demo we collect your name, business name, email address, and (optionally) phone number and current software.
Operational data. When you use the product we store the data you enter to run your business — clients, pets, vaccinations, appointments, invoices, staff records, and similar operational records. This data belongs to you. We process it on your behalf to operate the service.
Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, request path) and minimal product analytics (page views, feature interactions) used to diagnose issues and improve the product.
How We Use Information
- To provide, secure, and maintain the service.
- To respond to support requests and demo inquiries.
- To send transactional notifications related to your account (billing, security, service updates).
- To improve product reliability and performance.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your operational data to train models for third parties.
Subprocessors
We use a small number of vetted infrastructure providers to operate the service. These currently include Cloudflare (network and DDoS protection), our database and email infrastructure providers, and your chosen payment processor and SMS provider (you connect your own — we never touch your payment processing).
Security
- Data is encrypted in transit.
- The application is fronted by Cloudflare for network protection.
- Automated daily backups are retained.
- Role-based access controls (owner, manager, staff) limit what each user can see and do.
- Multi-tenant data is logically isolated per facility.
Data Retention & Export
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your data remains exportable for 90 days, after which it may be permanently deleted. You can request export or deletion at any time by emailing support@animalfriendsos.com.
Your Choices
You can update your account information, change SMS or email preferences, or request data export or deletion by signing in or contacting support.
Children
Animal Friends OS is a business product and is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We will post material changes to this policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
