Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Animal Friends OS, a software product operated by AFPC Industries LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
The Service
Animal Friends OS is a multi-tenant software platform for pet care facilities, providing scheduling, client and pet records, messaging, reporting, and related operational tools. Pricing, plans, and included features are described on the pricing page.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you enter into Animal Friends OS. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and back up that data solely to provide and improve the service. We do not sell your data and do not use your operational data to train models for third parties. You can export your data at any time.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service to violate applicable law.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other tenants’ data.
- Do not use the service to send unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive messages.
- You are responsible for compliance with any laws applicable to your business (including consent rules for SMS communications you send through the platform).
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions are month-to-month and cancellable at any time. Fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable except where required by law. Unpaid accounts may be suspended.
Third-Party Integrations
You can connect third-party services (payment processors, accounting, SMS providers, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, terms, or actions of those third parties. You are responsible for complying with their terms.
Service Availability
We target high availability and use Cloudflare for network protection and automated daily backups. However, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in the event of an outage.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will AFPC Industries LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
