By using any service offered by Animal Friends Pet Care, visiting our website, or consenting to receive SMS messages from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or opt in to our SMS program.

If you consent to receive SMS from Animal Friends Pet Care, you agree to receive customer care and appointment notification SMS from us including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, check-in/check-out notifications, pickup alerts, schedule changes, and two-way staff service communications. Animal Friends Pet Care operates an SMS notification program to keep you informed about your pet's appointments, care status, and service updates. This program is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA's Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and all applicable carrier guidelines.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Animal Friends Pet Care through either of the following methods:

Consent is never a condition of purchase. You may use our services without opting in to SMS communications.

After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number unless you re-consent.

By opting in, you may receive the following types of text messages from Animal Friends Pet Care:

• Appointment booking confirmations
• Day-before and same-day appointment reminders
• Pet check-in notifications
• Pet check-out and ready-for-pickup alerts
• Grooming progress updates
• Schedule changes or rescheduling requests
• Two-way staff-to-client service communications (e.g., questions about your pet's care)

Please consult your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable charges. Most standard US carrier plans include unlimited messaging that covers these messages at no additional cost.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, and other major US carriers. Carrier availability may vary.

Animal Friends Pet Care provides professional pet grooming, boarding, and daycare services in Panama City, Florida. All services are provided by trained staff in a safe and caring environment.

You represent and warrant that all information you provide about your pet, including vaccination records and health status, is accurate and current. We reserve the right to decline service to animals that pose a health or safety risk to staff or other animals.

Appointments may be scheduled online at animalfriendspc.com or by calling (850) 257-5776. We request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to serve other clients.

Animal Friends Pet Care reserves the right to modify or cancel appointments when necessary due to staff availability, facility capacity, or health and safety concerns. We will notify you by SMS and/or phone as promptly as possible if this occurs.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment information is processed securely through our payment processors. We do not store raw card data on our servers.

FurPlan membership subscribers authorize recurring monthly charges as described in their FurPlan enrollment agreement. Membership terms and cancellation policies are detailed in the FurPlan enrollment documentation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Animal Friends Pet Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or SMS communications.

Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for SMS messages that are delayed, undelivered, or blocked by your mobile carrier. Carrier delays and delivery failures are outside our control.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bay County, Florida.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services or SMS program following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you object to any changes, you may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP and discontinue use of our services.
