Our Policies

Vaccination Requirements

All dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. Canine Influenza is recommended. Puppies under 16 weeks must have at least two rounds of vaccinations. We require documentation from your veterinarian.

Appointment & Cancellation

We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Grooming drop-off: [time window]. Estimated completion times will be communicated via text. Please pick up within 30 minutes of the completion notification to avoid daycare overflow charges.
